Greasy B Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 Great story. His father touches the Claw in spite of Kevin's warnings and breaks two legs just as a thunderstorm tears the house apart. Kevin runs away with the Claw. He becomes captain of the Greasy Bastard, a small ship carrying rubber goods between England and Burma. Michael Palin, Terry Jones, 1974
Feathers and Fins Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 Great story, sounds like a Fish of a Lifetime, a Fight of a Lifetime, probably a mount ( hopefully fiberglass replica) and some fine eats and stories that will be told for his life. To me all those things are what fishing is about “Making memories that will last for a lifetime and no one should ever try and detract from that. Unfortunately this world is now World Wide Web related and some people need to remember what their mothers taught them and that is If you can’t say something nice DO NOT say anything at all. This is a special moment in a man’s life and people should be happy for him.
