Members bluetick1897 Posted March 21, 2015 Members Posted March 21, 2015 Thursday evening at about 6 o'clock I witnessed what looked like and eruption of bubbles. The location was just a couple hundred yards upstream of Lilleys dock on the shallow side. There were 2 spots that erupted and both looked like they could have sunk a boat. Has anyone ever seen this? Didn't affect the fishing witch was fantastic.
laker67 Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Some type of water station just upstream from Phil,s place. Cant remember what it does, but I think it has pipes out in the river
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted March 21, 2015 Root Admin Posted March 21, 2015 Branson pump station. Flushing the pipes- you got it.

Members bluetick1897 Posted March 23, 2015 Author Members Posted March 23, 2015 Would not want to be above it when it happened. One of those kayaks would be in serious trouble and you would loose your boat in a Jon boat. Does anyone know how frequent this happens?

Gatorjet Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Waiting for the day the giant Taneycomo squid battles the 20' Gator that is often seen prowling the waters of upper Taneycomo. Real men go propless!
