LittleRedFisherman Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Awesome job fellas!! Well done! My son caught his first smallie last month, looking forward to the future, he loved it. Start um young, that's the way to mold a life long fishing buddy! Smalliebigs and Mitch f 2 There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!
Mitch f Posted August 4, 2015 Author Posted August 4, 2015 Disclaimer* let it be known that we did have PFD's on our daughters for the bulk of this float trip. to Whom it may concern "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor
fishinwrench Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Ya know, that's the bummer when it comes to kids and boating. Those things are so freakin'overbuilt and uncomfortable. If I had been forced to wear that crap when I was a kid I probably would have grown up hating boating with a passion. It honestly doesn't take much to float a child....but they build child PFD's to float a bushel basket of tungsten. Mitch f and Smalliebigs 2
Smalliebigs Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Hahahaha......the water wasn't over our head once I don't believe???? Emily and Audrey are some very advanced 5 year old girls when it comes to rivers and fishing. Mitch that Audrey is awesome she was holding those smallies like Virgil Ward out there......Emily not so much after she was finned by a Longear Sunfish last week. We had great time.....listening to these two girls talk fishing in there own little way was just priceless and them singing the rainbow song was sooo funny......we need to do it again sooner than later https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVHd3_rMqxQ
