Alex Heitman Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 I was up long creek and only saw gizzard shad. I went into yoccum and saw no dead fish. When I went way up long creek we did not catch fish but saw bubbles coming up everywhere. I did not think this was a good sign at all. Hopefully there is not many more that show up dead.

That lake isn't sitting on top of an active volcano is it?
Fish24/7 Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 mass animal and fish kills are happening around the globe seems to be getting more common and more extreme to me http://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-news/record-north-pacific-toxic-algae-bloom-alaska-california-fisheries/51723812
5bites Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Maybe we should put all those black balls in the lake like California is doing.
Flysmallie Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Maybe we should put all those black balls in the lake like California is doing. I saw that. What an odd solution to their problem. Let's see how that works out for them.
