Quillback Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Well my day wasn't nearly as good as Cheesemasters. Got 15 bass to the boat, most on the Ned and a few on a tube. Had 3 keeper sized spots. Threw the hard plastic around for a while, got one pretty good largemouth to grab a Mega-price 110, but halfway to the boat, he did an aerial head shake and tossed the lure. Fish I caught were in the 10-20 FOW range. Saw a couple of bass chasing stuff up on the bank. Water temp 51-52. Hammer time, Bill Babler, cheesemaster and 2 others 5
cheesemaster Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Thanks for the report, and good work. My day was a rare day indeed for me.
176champion Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Sooo thats what a fish looks like....Good job and thanks for report. We went to point 20 and got Zero and also fished across from Campbell point camp ground and also got zero...we had 2 boats and 4 people...water temp up that way was still 55 degrees. Couple other guys came out when we did and they didnt get anything either. I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything! Bruce Philips
m&m Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Quill, thanks for the report. Nice picture. Looks like a very large perch colored bass. Mike
mjk86 Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Lol at megaprice! Hopefully a 30 dollar lure comes equipped with good hooks...

176champion Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Only fish we saw on sonar was in 60 to 100 FOW and they where suspended in 40 to 60 FOW I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything! Bruce Philips

With temps where they are, and no winter pool, there should be a bunch of them from the bank to 25', weather depending. Ham 1
176champion Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Thats what we fished and didnt see any fish on sonar at that depth, we had 2 boats out there and both of us made the same observation. Talked to couple other people they said Sunday they caught all they wanted and they went back out yesterday and had zero fish. I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything!
