Mark Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Attention Outdoorsmen!! Best movie I have seen in a long time!! See it in the theater, awesome scenery, best western adventure movie since Dances With Wolves.
Ham Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 A friend who enjoyed "The Revenant" recommended going back and watching "Jeremiah Johnson" and "Man in the Wilderness." He feels like Man in the Wilderness is the best of the three. grizwilson 1 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish

I have not seen it. Plan to. Not trying to rain on a parade or dampen anyone's enjoyment of a movie. Just agreeing with your friends recommendation to watch Jerimiah Johnson. It is a good movie. That being said, glad Mark enjoyed it. I've also heard people say it was good. No matter what Less says. Lol ! Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. Quillback Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 I plan on seeing it myself. Seems some like it better than Jeremiah, some not.
MOPanfisher Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 I like Jeremiah Johnson and haven't seen The Revenant yet. But the way I look at movies, even ones based on some truth is its entertainment period. And if Survivor man doesn't like it so much the better. Wonder what the turtle man would say. Smalliebigs Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 hahahahaha.......The Revenant is so far above Jeremiah Johnson it should not be in the same sentence with The Revenant........ Revenant is the best movie I have seen in awhile. Man in the Wilderness was okay Hog Wally 1
