What is a meanmouth?

Excuse my ignorance (not a bass fisherman), but what is a meanmouth or meanie? I've heard this term tossed around and have not been able to find anything on it through google. Is it the same as a smallmouth? A hybrid of some sort? Again, excuse my ignorance for not knowing.

It's either a hybrid between a Largemouth and a smallmouth or a Spotted bass and a smallmouth.

It's a stupid name for a hybridized bass. It's a term used by gapers and 5 gallon bucket sitters. Not calling you one of the aforementioned, just hate non-specific language.
