Johnsfolly Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 Getting work done and not out hunting. So Its looking real good to be able to get down there Friday. I picked up the ingredients for making my buffalo wing sauce. Willing to bring 60 to 72+ down along with blue cheese dressing and celery. I can fry them up for appetizers either Friday or Saturday. Let me know if I need to bring a fryer as well of if I could use LittleRedFisherman's fish cooker.

Thursday night or Saturday night. Country style ribs and beans. I'd vote for Fry Day! For the flathead fillets. Friday night or Saturday night I could bring a pot of Jambalaya.
Terrierman Posted November 20, 2016 Posted November 20, 2016 Quote Quote Write me down for an Apple Crisp for Friday night dessert. A breakfast casserole for one morning, hashbrowns, steak and eggs for another morning and some good coffee makings. Also have about a half gallon of chicken of the woods that will get thrown in a fryer.
WoundedOne Posted November 20, 2016 Posted November 20, 2016 Count me in for some smoked cheese, fresh pork sausage for part of breakfast dish, crackers and some choclate. And if we need anything else ? Terrierman, Johnsfolly and grizwilson 3

That fryer is sickeningly nice. Plus he always brings new oil to this deal. Fish only gets so good and that thing sets the curve. snagged in outlet 3 and Ham 2

Cottonseed oil surprising enough cooks fish great thought about trying that this go round! What night you guys want the fish? There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted November 22, 2016 Author Root Admin Posted November 22, 2016 I just picked up 5 gallons of peanut oil. I'll bring whatever is needed.

I've got the fish covered! If someone wants to bring 5 pound bag of red potatoes I'll do my seasoned wedges to. 1 hour ago, grizwilson said: Think Ham suggested FRYday.......
