Scott, should have went with you on Wednesday.  They not only convinced me no top water, they didn't bite period.  Whenever you and Aaron can go I am game.  Would love to try some hybrids on the river anytime.

More river smorgasbord from this morning.....I did loose a huge Hybrid biggest I have ever had on my line...30 inch + in my judgment

I was in Crawford county this morning and did not see any hybrids.  Oh well it was great weather to be out.

Scott, you are absolutely making things happen on the STL Meramec. Good on you.  Makes me feel less than fresh though, seeing you take advantage of opportunities in our own back yard (that I ignore completely).  That is what a true fisherman does. Goes fishing. Whenever. Wherever.

Joe it's all I got when I have to transport a 6 year old to and from school 5 days a week and then my weekends are usually blown with housework like a biotch.....try to make the best of things.....I am gonna start floating again by myself and get a jet and fish

Whenever I fish the lower meramec, I usually catch a headache and lose some gear.

More smorgasbord just less selection at the buffet.....decent Spots and lost the only Hybrid. ....also caught a Big Buffalo but just didn't  have it in me to do a pic
