Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted December 7, 2016 Root Admin Posted December 7, 2016 Got out for a short drift across the lake. Trout were active hitting a 1/16th ounce jig. We have a guest who has rented a jon boat for 2 hours each day this week and caught his limit plus every day. He's going up lake not quite to Trout Hollow and drifting in the slow current (3,300 cfs, 704.3 feet lake level) with rainbow Powerbait, paste. I got out yesterday and fished from the dam down past Lookout and did well below Lookout, not so good above. Best was a 1/16th ounce black jig working against the bluff bank. Caught a bunch of rainbows, most were small but did have a couple pushing 17-18 inches. No browns. laker67, Johnsfolly, Alby Fish and 3 others 6
