So it's one boat at a time spread out over the course of a few months or so. I kinda like where you are going though Dave. A tournament where you have to fish your one bait and that bait only the entire tournament against others doing the same. Yep. That's how he's doing it. I fixed it for him, lol.

I'll being filming an episode for a swimbait company out of Louisiana within the next few weeks. That still doesn't address the problem of weather conditions ... say your lure was a spinnerbait and you drew a sunny, calm day, you're pretty much done. Besides, you can't effectively test every lure in the world on a highland reservoir like Table Rock. Some are more suited for rivers or lowland, dirty-water lakes. More holes than a sieve in this project. Sore Thumbs and dtrs5kprs 2
Moswimb8slinger Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 They said big swimbaits didn't work on Table Rock either... Its entertainment from the "Live Entertainment Capital of the World", it's not perfect but it's rolling and should air this summer on the Pursuit Channel I believe. abkeenan and dtrs5kprs 2
Sore Thumbs Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 Looks like someone loves their swimbait as much as I love my drop shot. ?

That's pretty much the case with all fishing shows these days ... they're all about entertainment and very little about fact and actual help for young anglers. Daryk Campbell Sr and dtrs5kprs 2

One more reason to like MLF and Hook and Look. At least MLF lets you watch them fish. Stricker's show is wildly commercial, but the underwater shots are worth it. Champ188 and Johnsfolly 2

Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted January 12, 2017 Root Admin Posted January 12, 2017 There are all kinds of people in this world and that's why you have lots of different formats for anything on TV - fishing included. This will appeal to some, not to others. dtrs5kprs 1
Champ188 Posted January 13, 2017 Posted January 13, 2017 True, Phil. Never could stomach Seinfeld myself. I'd have to call this my Seinfeld of fishing shows.
