snagged in outlet 3 Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 After the last Jigfest I ordered some ginger marabou to tie up some leeches with, since I'm primarily a fly fisherman. That color is deadly at times and I've never used it while fly fishing. Ginger leeches and buggers are headed into my arsenal thanks to the Jigfest. Terrierman and trythisonemv 2
Gavin Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Ginger Mohair's are a staple in my fly boxes...Buy it the yarn at Hargrove's...They die the ginger leach yarn in house. snagged in outlet 3 1
ZigJigman Posted January 30, 2017 Author Posted January 30, 2017 I'm not sure what they think that ginger jig is, but they smack it!!! The guides on the Green River in Utah got me tying it for them and I have caught fish on them everywhere I've ever fished them and many larger fish too!!!
snagged in outlet 3 Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 I was going to palmer the marabou and see how it looks. A trip to Tommy's was already on the schedule. But thanks Gavin.
