I enjoy the way threads mutate on OA!

Picked up the boat this afternoon after school. The mechanic sheepishly admitted he had failed to hook up a coil. I started and ran the motor, not for very long, in a minus one situation. Explains the rough running and lack of go, doesn't it?

I intend to put the boat in the water and fish tomorrow. I hope all is right in my world.

Boat runs great now. Had a chance to try the new Garmin. I graphed several locations where I have used the old Huminbird si and the Lowrance HDS with side view. The new unit is excellent. One of its features I really like: you can pop the computing and display part out of a cradle without unhooking anything. It now goes home with me in my day bag.
