Rodmaker Posted April 14, 2017 Posted April 14, 2017 I've been throwing them on the rock for a long time. I like to Texas rig them. That's been good to me. The pro special is my best color. Donna G 1

Or is it actually Donna that swings the big bat with those guys? After all, it WAS her recommendation that got me using them! http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/War_Eagle_Underspin_/descpage-WEUSP.html Any other requests? big c 1

Rodmaker Posted April 15, 2017 Posted April 15, 2017 I'm definitely going to try them on my underspins. I have not tried them that way. Donna G 1
Members troller Posted April 16, 2017 Members Posted April 16, 2017 Got some Kietechs direct from Kietech slightly out of spec at 4.1....fished for hours with no love. Went back to the 3.8 and the 4.3 and it was on again.Amazing how the fish in TR can size up a bait so quickly before they hit. ?
Longball22 Posted April 16, 2017 Posted April 16, 2017 On the 2.8's, I've started using Dave's 1/8oz Ned head. I cut the round nose off the Keitech, and glue it tight to the back of the jig. Looks good and comes through rocks/cover well with that weed guard. The fish don't seem to mind it either. vernon, Champ188, Donna G and 2 others 5
bobby b. Posted April 16, 2017 Posted April 16, 2017 I use 1/4 oz red painted crappie jig - really cheap, like me.
crazy4fishin Posted April 16, 2017 Posted April 16, 2017 I use these and just used them when I was just down there....I like the way they come through the water...evidently more than the fish as i only caught one on that rig. Must have been a bad underspin! I am sure it was not the fisherman! C4F Champ188 1 Crazy4fishinA Cornhusker
