I could be way off but I think this is so disrespectful to boxing. I can't believe the hype has reached such a fever pitch. Floyd will destroy Conor McGregor in no time. I can't even comprehend there are some people who believe McGregor can win. To be honest I hope McGregor beats Mayweather. But it ain't gonna happen.

I agree with you, man. And the bad thing is, this is way too overhyped than it should be. A big disrespect to boxing, indeed.

Mayweather may win but, he has no power.

He may out score Connor but, he won't knock him out.

Mayweather will run and stay outside as he always does and he will stick Connor with some weak posterior punches like he always does and it will go the distance.

It will be a typical Mayweather fight....boring and weak and it will go to the judges and he will win.

I just hope Connor kicks him then it would be cool in my opinion.....but he would get sued by the chump who allegedly is having a hard time paying his taxes, what a moron.

It will be a typical Mayweather fight and a complete ripoff if you are paying for it.

He will not knock him out though, only tap his face with jabs.....who cares???

Mayweather isn't a big puncher for sure. The thing to remember is that the absolute best boxers in the last decade (De La hoya, Sugar Shane, Manny Paquiao, Miguel Cotto, Juan manuel Marquez, Ricky Hatton, Alverez)  have all spent one year watching videos and training to beat Floyd. All have failed. That's saying something. Mayweather is used to going 12 rounds. McGregor seems to tire after 2 or 3. Point being McGregor is completely outmatched.

If there was ever a blue print to beat Floyd it would be Jose Luis Castillo.

You said it right, Smalliebigs, you definitely predicted it, a typical, worthless fight. I guess as overhyped as it is, both would come out of it with huge amounts of cash.

On another note, and also related to UFC, Jon "Bones" Jones (after winning his fight against Cormier) called out Brock Lesnar. I don't know about this but, another overhyped match, if ever?

Anybody actually going to pay to see this fight? I won't be watching. I am going to be watching the Indycar race at Gateway speedway. Looking forward to a great race and missing a potentially mediocre fight.

Boxing needs a compelling heavyweight with a personality.  An excellent villain. There has been no one since Tyson. We want big guys with big punches who knock opponents silly. Tired of 5'5"  135 pound banty roosters pecking at each other,  no matter how ripped and tatted up they are.  Boring.

I think pay per view for mediocre bouts isn't helping, either.

No big heavyweights on the horizon that I know of, but the real megabout thats coming up is Alverez vs GGG. GGG is a heavy hitter for sure...that's the only PPView I would buy.

Nope, not watching.  But I admit I will check out the results the next day.
