No cars on driveways, no trailer parking on driveway or in front of house, no on street parking, no garage doors left open, no trash cans in front of the house, no political or promotional signage in yard, ............ Well, you get the idea. Heck, even house paint colors have to be "approved". I love it here. Way better than living on some smelly ol' lake full of boats.................. Vernon, Yes we have a POA. I'm President of it as no one else wanted the job. As George W. Bush said, "Nothing wrong with a dictatorship, as long as I am the dictator." So cars in driveways are fine, street parking is fine and we rewrote the covenants with the 16 owner's input. Very small group. We have a couple of lots for sale if you want to build in this owner friendly subdivision. Mike vernon 1

Mine going in the hole. Pucker Factor of 10. I wouldn't even try that!! I would rent a place. Wow that's tight. Carl W 1

I had to take off the 1/4" trim on each side in order to fit through. Task required four people - two "watchers" and two "pushers" and probably took at least an hour. And that was with my "skinny" ol' 374V. Only did it two times though - after that, I had the door removed and widened it to 10". Seemed like a rather large cave mouth from then on! cheesemaster 1 "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." George Carlin "The only money ever wasted is money never spent." Either that or I'd be happy to "nominate" you to lead our HOA effort from the comfort of your own home! You could then lay claim to being a benevolent "double" dictator! magicwormman 1 "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." But dealing with a few crazy nit picking owners is better than dealing with a lot of them at two places. Find out what the people drink and make sure you always have it on hand to loosen them up when you need their support. Mike magicwormman 1

You get used to it after a decade or so. Have to push the door farther back and clamp it too, then trim the motor to vertical to get that part in. Really, if you pick one side and get it nice and tight, the other one takes care of itself. magicwormman, Champ188 and cheesemaster 3
