Everharts is a good place, it is unreal how much stuff I have to drive up there to get or order while I live 15 miles from the mother ship of the greatest outdoor store in the world.  Will be asking for crappie info hopefully soon

I have been gone now for a while but I managed Everharts for a couple years. Jared is my name but "the big guy" is how most would ask for me when coming in the store. Great selection of fishing and hunting items. Biggest selection of molds/jig building items anywhere. Crappie selection as good as any place in the country also. It's tough living a mile away from the store.

I have found lots of good info already from doing searches. Going to make a run to Scheels and Cabelas this weekend and pick up some more walleye items. Cabelas  has Flicker Shad on sale for $2.99 right now.

Ed do you know Kevin Pitts in the  pictures above? He runs the state barn for MODOT here in Clinton. He is the other guy that is going to start walleye fishing with me.

Grab some slow death hooks while your there. I tie some slow death rigs with just a bead and slow death hook or a Mack's Smile Blade, bead, and slow death hook. Sometimes the fish want a  spinner harness, and sometimes they prefer the slow death rigs (especially in the spring of the year). Also...Purple Tiger and Chartreuse Pearl Flicker Shads are my favorite Stockton colors. Be careful, chasing walleye can be addictive!

He looks familiar.  Not sure I know him though.  After Duck season I will get back after the walleye.
