Old plug Posted March 3, 2018 Share Posted March 3, 2018 I tend to like larger minnows for crappie But if I cn get my hands on small shad dead or alive they will catch crappie. up here on LOZ. If that fish was the first of a new species, then it's definitely a trophy. Not into fishing a bait tank. Kind of like you going after invasives ! Leaves a kind of bad taste in your mouth. I might be convinced to catch bait for Dan if he was willing to put up with me for a day on the lake.
