He is and a well respected one....it amazes me the lack of respect some on this forum give to those in the fisheries community, those very individuals give us the greatfishing and hunting we enjoy today Evan does a great job and is consulted by people in many states

Far as I know  TPWD has never done anything to improve my hunting or fishing, I owe them nothing. They'd be well off just to stay in Texas, land of non-native fish.  Is there any water left in Texas that has native game fish?
