Seth Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 If this is anything like last year, I'll do really well one tournament and then bomb several. Rinse and repeat.
Members Falcon215 Posted February 11, 2019 Members Posted February 11, 2019 I see my technique of picking a bunch of local guys doesn’t work too well...Should have picked the only guys I knew, they did way better. Hahaha!

Hahaha! Our teams may look similar, Falcon … Clunn and whoever the heck else is still fishing BASS that I've at least heard of. snagged in outlet 3 1
abkeenan Posted February 13, 2019 Author Posted February 13, 2019 Your friendly reminder to get your lineups set for Lanier that starts tomorrow. snagged in outlet 3 and Quillback 1 1
176champion Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 Looks like I have 4 fishing today.... It seems the guy's that did great last week not doing so good this week.. I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything! Bruce Philips
abkeenan Posted March 11, 2019 Author Posted March 11, 2019 Reminder that the Classic starts this week and not to forget to set your lineups. Have a "normal" Elite field this week with the MLF guys back for a one week show only. Maybe the last time we ever see a Classic with the best in the world actually fishing it. Quillback 1
dwiebenga Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 I think it would be fun to have all of the organizations come together for this event every year. I reminds me of the old NFL championship (AFL vs. NFL). Overall, I thinking it would bring more people into the fishing world. mixermarkb and abkeenan 2

Watched the Bassmasters TV show last Saturday and it was just sad how they had an ancient Bob Cobb on the intro pitching the current field of no-names as the greatest anglers in the world. Cobb knows better. He was Ray Scott's first hire when Ray launched BASS in the late 60s. It was Cobb who brilliantly created the TV show in the 80s, long before the Zona/Dave Mercer earache era. big c and abkeenan 2
Quillback Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 Interesting that the 2 BASS events so far have been won by guys that were previous Elites (Clunn, Mueller). New guys have yet to break through snagged in outlet 3 1
