I hope they can make a difference in getting this place cleaned up. It's legal, just not ethical (friendly) to other boaters, because it hampers their "night vision". I've always been a proponent of spot lights, because the most importantly thing when boating at night is being able to see, and being seen.

Mike Yep, they don't do anything that the WP isn't already doing, except maybe confirm a few documented vessels.
