Warm days are a good way to get a puddle of cheese in the bottom of the smoker.  We will not starve.

I'd probably say around 6 PM for dinner time, sounds like plenty of leftovers for late arrivers.

6 or 630 is my normal eating time.  Later only means more cocktail hour.  So whenever.
