Skeeter ZX190 Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 You're going to need to ice down your shoulder and elbow! And you know a report like this is killing Lifes2short! 😀 Lifes2Short 1

Lifes2Short Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 The whites are fun but don’t get me excited, after about an hour of those guys hammering whatever I’m throwing I’m ready for something different. Going to head up tomorrow and see how the boat runs, if all goes well I also hope to find some slabs!! Tight Lines! snagged in outlet 3, Daryk Campbell Sr and olfishead 2 1
olfishead Posted October 25, 2019 Posted October 25, 2019 Hey Lifes2Short, Holler real load if you need a Yamaha to pull that Merc back to the ramp!! Hee Hee Glad to hear your back underway! Lifes2Short 1
mrgungho Posted October 25, 2019 Posted October 25, 2019 Care to say what the water clarity was in Sons? "Some go to church and think about fishing, others go fishing and think about God."

Sam Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 I thought this was a crappie report at first as that would kinda match what we're doing these days. We're getting limits of good-size keeper crappie in about a half day with a few shorts thrown back, white crappie outnumbering black crappie, and a few walleyes coming in - including a 25-incher caught on a crappie pole with 4-lb. line last trip. But on re-reading your post and with the responses, I guess you caught black bass / white bass and C/R'd a whole bunch? Well, good - that's lots of fun too. The report can be read both ways. We're going again on Monday, taking advantage of these good times while we can. I'll keep an extra pole rigged with a Roostertail in case we see white bass bustin' on top!
