You probably still have a reputation in the area.  They can recognize faces and somehow tell other crows who've never seen you whether you are a friend to crows or an enemy.  Amazing, at least to this hillbilly.

I doubt they live that long.  Was many years ago.

I wonder if crows have folklore with legends and memories that are passed down from generation to generation.  If so, you could be part of it.

My ace number one buddy from the old USMC days through right now is from Omaha.  He told me that joke in 1970.  I've been using it ever since.😎
