The Free Cheese checks and deposits are filling the streets and stores.  Prepare for the next boom in the cases.

To me...it seems like they’re (trump) wanting to open the low number of cases states...like Missouri...in an effort to get the Economy going...but to me...it seems like it just hasn’t gotten to this neck of the woods in full force...and opening early is probably a mistake

We shall see, this will get them stirring.  Big party in town this weekend I am sure.  Traffic doubled today.  Nothing like a pot full of cash burning a hole in the pockets of the spreaders.

I was on the receiving end of Gov't cheese as a kid.... I think that block of sliced American Yellow Cheese was still some of the most tastiest American Cheese I ever had.

Also worked the CETA program (pickin boogers off of the bottom of the school desks) cleaning floors and basically getting schools ready for return to the school year.

I had a staunch Dem Uncle that would grab all of it he could get and sell it on the streets.  But Auntie made some of the best Mac and Cheese for dinner when I visited.

The old comodities were top notch stuff.  Propped up all of the farmers hurting for cash.  Now the farmers are used to all of the subsidies and make a killing off of them.

Those were the days.

Not too many small farmers left.. All those small farmers that were helped were eventually bought out by these huge corporate farmers.

I think this current escapade is gonna cause a drive to the countryside... Watch the price of small Rural places go higher in the next 3 - 5 years... Keep telling my son be ready to buy your first place by next year.. should be a buyers market if you can afford it. Little Micro Farm/homesteads are gonna be all the rage. (You saw it here first)

Before or after the head came off??

My job was catching the headless chicken going down the hill and taking it to the scalding vat.  I got bloody and a whiff of the stinking last chicken I delivered.

I graduated to head chopper later.  Made a mislick with the axe and cut across the eyes.  I still see that one clearly in my mind.

That was the beauty of the bucket and funnel...lop the head off and the body is confined in the bucket and can't go anywhere.  Does a lot of shaking but you just wait until the shaking stops and lift it out.
