I was there one time fishing for Goggle Eye. Park Ranger came up told me to quit casting towards the Wood Bridge or he was going to write me a Ticket.

Fine, he leaves I went ahead doing as I had been. LOL 

They should stock the river Friday.

I read the transcript from the latest park meeting.  Sounds like they have a pretty good number of 13-14 inchers, enough to last until August, then they'll be tossing in strictly 12 inchers from then until November.  Discussion of river stockings were briefly danced around and they changed the subject quickly, so I'd say they are cutting back there. 🙄

2020 will be the last year of the swimming pool.  Someone brought up how stupid and ugly their contraptions at the wooden bridge and lower entrance was....and again the subject was changed immediately without response. 😅

I don't think the DNR wants people to use the parks at all, or maybe just for bird watching. Big undeveloped park here and I was told we can't use the Park to access the creek that borders it in two places.
