I’ll chime in as another Florrissant guy. Early years spent in south STL Then moved family to Florissant in ‘73. Coached soccer for Norco Eventually retired and moved to TRL. Loving it here. The old area has changed but so has south STL. I’ll say this, it is much easier to practice this social distancing here in the TRL area.

House. Off stormy point road. We have a view towards the dam.

Lol oh yea NoCo born and raised..and still somewhat proud. Went to college at Rockhurst University. Liked KC so much I stayed..been 12 years now. Family still lives in NoCo and Creve Coeur.

Got my MBA at Rockhurst in the mid-90s. Do you know if Dr. Brian Fitzpatrick still around? Taught finance and statistics. One of my favorites.

Agree it's dumb, but I've caught trout at Busch Wildlife Lake 28 in June/July/August on wiggle warts. Some are hearty I suppose.

Can you fish a wart effectively on 28 in the summer?  I'm not at that lake too often, but I thought it got pretty covered in vegetation by summer?

I went through St Louis several years ago, haven't seen the need to go back.  Even opted for KU over Barnes Jewish for Cancer treatment partly because I just don't like St Louis and partly because at the time I had a Mother in Law in KC (whom I actually liked), and we could stay with her during treatment and my wife could have a stabilizer for her during that time.  Sadly she has since moved to Michigan.  While I can't say I particularly like KC I am much more comfortable there than other big cities, but would just as soon avoid them if at all possible.

Yep he is still there! So is Tocco, Turner White, Stack and Stellern. A lot have left even since I graduated but some are still around. I go back every year as a speaker for the Communication Department so I get all the gossip hah.

This was years ago before it got taken over. I honestly haven't fished it in 9 years or so.
