Anyday taking kids fishing is a good day! My oldest had the magic bait, blue backed orange belly rattle trap. He was catching everything, and ended up with his first ever walleye. Caught a few female largies in the back of the creeks real shallow even after that cold night last night. It was a good day.

From what I saw yesterday there are more Dads, and families fishing together lately, probably due to the C-19 and the need to get out of the house. (A plus to the pandemic) Hope it continues! It's the best family activity ever created. Congrats and thanks for sharing the smiles.

Question : I was told that they were charging 10 bucks to launch at Mutton. Is that true? or fake news..

Not north MC, 😃😃 that's a good one. FAKE NEWS! Maybe that was the entry fee for the tournament there on Saturday.  However, a guy could have made some $'s giving people rides back and forth to thier vehicles. The only spots to park was along the road a ways from the ramp.

Totally fake news. I haven't had to pay at a ramp yet.

Saw it on Facebook. I suspect it may be at the Marina ramp and not the COE areas.

Dang it,why didn't I think of that, a few good weekends and I could pay for a used golf cart.
