BassMaster#1 Posted April 20, 2020 Posted April 20, 2020 Jigmaster and i had a great day on the middle/lower gasconade . Ended up with 24 on the day between the both of us. Started out at 930 with 2 small fish a peice by 10, ran about 10 miles fishing here and there on what ever we fou d that looked good to us, but nothing showed up. The last bend we came across is when we finally found them, which was the last spot we needed to find. Came across that spot at 1:30 and that is when the light switch was turned on. We ened up boating 25 fish between the both of us with top three being 4lber, 3.5lber and a 3lber all small mouth. We did catch some really nice goggle eye which was a nice suprise. Fish came off deep pools in 8 -12 ft water Johnsfolly, nomolites, ollie and 1 other 4

Mitch f Posted April 20, 2020 Posted April 20, 2020 Dandy Smallies....by the way, is the Jerome ramp closed? I thought it was under reconstruction a while back but might be mistaken. "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor

moguy1973 Posted April 21, 2020 Posted April 21, 2020 yeah, pretty sure the MDC said they were looking for other options at the Jerome ramp. The ramp wasn't in a great spot being on the outside of a bend and it was always getting under cut during floods. -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
