I’ve been intrigued by square bill crank baits the last 2 years. I’ve tried a few of the recommended high dollar ones, and the middle of the road ones. They can be super effective before, during, and after the spawn. I would like to know which ones you guys throw, and why?

I’m with you on this Wrench, I have a few RCs and the 1.5s in natural shad are money; not giving them up.

I love the red craw one in early Spring, and that copper back/green sided one (whatever it's called) is an absolute bass destroyer before, during, and after the spawn.   Water color doesn't even seem to matter.....as long as it's not gin clear.

Nobody throws a square bill in CLEAR water, do they?

I would, it seems as long as you’re banging obstacles it doesn’t matter much

The craziness of the B is unmatched.

Those solid wood cranks offer tremendous action compared to plastic. I love them...if only they lasted longer. Them darn circuit board lips of the newer baits are the bomb though.
