.22LR will not always penetrate their skulls, not sure if the pellet would either, back when I hunted I've skinned several 'coons  that had a .22 between the skull bone and the skin; brother didn't miss like he thought he did. Those trappers on that list above are supposed to be interested in doing nuisance work, they are in the two districts nearest you, they should have the tools and means to fix your problems.

I emailed one already.  Thx.  I'm glad I didn't do the pellet thing while in my backyard.  Woulda made the Neighborhood App for sure

Amazon may take it back. Kinda bad manners if it's got coon stuff on it though.

Certain things they won't take back even if you swear you never opened the package. I had a thing that was supposed to help me do something after I had my knee surgery. Never opened the box. (Deets not important, but nobody in their right mind would take this particular item back no matter how convincing my story.) They wouldn't take it back but did refund the money. I donated it (still unopened) to the company that was doing my physical therapy.

It's covered in hair, blanket and mud.  And it stinks!  Nobody said they stink!  A guy here at work wants it.  I had him sign a liability waiver....

Ok apparently I'm not cut out for this.  I walk back there and he just squats down real quiet like in the picture.  I threw a big blanket over the cage and put him in the truck bed.  I drove to let him loose and when I get him out of the truck and uncover him he has pulled half the blanket into the cage and now he is pissed.  He tore that blanket to shreds.  I put a zip tie on the trap door and ran a rope through it so I could walk away and open it.  He bolted.  I officially am out of the trapping business.  Trap is for sale cheap!!!
