The big rivers have them.  We used to catch them all the time on the Missouri while cat fishing at night.  Seems we would get to a spot and that's all we would catch to the exclusion of everything else.

How do you catfish the big rivers and never catch a blue?

Yeah I’m pretty sure😁.  Not one.  Did I tell you about the eels?  Never caught a jak cravelle either.  Unhooked a bunch.  Including my wife’s and daughter.

The slough on the south side of the golden eagle ferry had em.  Haven’t been there in years though.
