Short Float in the Heat

We splashed in early for a short float but the heat still caught up with us. Low CFS made the fishing tough but we still caught enough to keep us entertained. Nothing big at all but did have a nice beautiful gar on for about 30 seconds. We need some rain.

You sure have the settings on that camera dialed in, color and exposure really look great. Or is it all the 7500 ?

When it’s hot, you gotta get out of the canoe and take a dip. Less fatigue at the end of the day. Taught to me by @Al Agnew Amazing how well it works.

Little dip is always nice.  Commando whenever possible.  Air dry.

Quality camera, amazing lens, enough experience to make the right settings, patience, and a little adjustment in Lightroom. It’s all part of the process.
