Crappie are for people that don't like to eat fish.   

Hands down the most tasteless piece of meat on the planet.  Is there even any protein in a crappie fillet?  And hands down the most boring fish to pursue.  The best lure is a near motionless jig, they don't jump..... and they don't even really fight.   

I'll never understand guys that choose Crappie as their favorite fish to catch....and chase them year 'round.   

I'd rather bounce a soup can around the yard all day with a Red Ryder BB gun. 🙄

Don't hold off on my account.  Bottom line is that it's gonna be awhile before I can do anything out of town.    I have a whole yard full of broken boats....and my gloveless hands are only good for about 20 minutes at a time right now.   

I desperately need a full week of +50° weather to get caught up.

Would love to join you miscreants at a fishing venue...but....Have tax work piling in like split cord wood out of a log splitter at the moment. Late May, Early April would be awesome if stuff gets back to near normal.
