I haven't seen the Yum Crawbug mentioned in here either, but for the price I think it is a good looking bait in that 2.5" size range:

It's an excellent sight fishing bait. Especially the big one, in the GP/red looking color. Not bad nose hooked either.

I'm a little late to the party here, but check out Paul Krew custom baits. I really like the stuff I've used from them. There is both a "ned craw" and "dropshot craw" available, any color can be made on request.
