Exactly.   Kinda like the "barbless rule" on the White.    

Somebody started a rumor about agents running around with a pair of panty hose ONCE......and no further "inspections" needed to be done. 🤣

The boot thing is stupid, the guy that started that came back later and told the world he was wrong, only one state repealed the felt prohibition. But it is no more stupid than fly only regulations. Any unenforced regulation should be removed from the code. Especially those that are not defined well enough to be enforceable. Barbless hooks? just the one in use or all the ones in my vest and car? well dang that one just broke off

I gave up on anything making sense when they decided to make DUI a criminal offense..... but didn't close down any bars.

They just feel that they gotta have a (legal and constitutional) reason to interact with, and detain anyone at any given time.  That's why we have all these senseless ignorant "laws" and "rules".    Can't just have trained enforcement officers with all their toys just sitting around waiting for a legitimate complaint to be filed.......No Way!

Get out there, shake down some folks, and generate some revenue for the city/county/state !
