Considering he had only caught a few trout in his life, he didn't think it was too bad. I know how it usually though and was highly disappointed. snagged in outlet 3 1

You can see them on the surface and down to 40 feet on live scope. The bottom is also covered out as deep as you can see. Possibly out to 20'. I think its going to be a super bad moss year snagged in outlet 3 1 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com

I realize that most anglers refer to it as filamentous algae instead of moss. Hopefully you were the only one confused....... bfishn and snagged in outlet 3 1 1
Members Mr. Smallfish Posted March 9, 2021 Members Posted March 9, 2021 I don't know which of those that green stuff was, but I fished there Sunday and it was pretty nasty in some spots.
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted March 10, 2021 Root Admin Posted March 10, 2021 They are predicting 4-7 inches over the 4-day weekend for the whole area. They'll bring the big water through, probably not spill gates but 4 units for sure. That will clean out the algae, move some scuds and cause a scud-feast. May be bring in some shad too. I was hoping for some down water this spring but that's not going to happen now. On to the spring patterns. Seth 1
MOPanfisher Posted March 10, 2021 Posted March 10, 2021 Dang it, the clear water early really let's the moss/algae grow early and fast. Which means when I start fishing for wally at Stockton I will have to fight that slimy crap, get too close to anything and boom slimed. Or . . Maybe the rain predictions are correct and it will get colored up and big.
