I remember getting off at 5 and not long before dark. I was working Construction making big money of $2 an hour and bought a five year old car for $350.

I wish.

I hit a '57 Chevy Station Wagon one time with a '50 Chevy Pickup. I was 14 driving the Pickup. Picked up a Gal at the A&W, she thought I was 16 because I was driving.

That is present. Will be getting busy. But I’m laid up until June unless I’m just watching Radar.

They can’t hire me Full Time but that is ok.

Did my best at all. I hired on as a Seedsman. Boss said he wasn’t sure about hiring an older guy but I was the best he ever had.

Like I was told many years ago get my head out of my Back Side.

Tell us about the time you were a sailor on the Great Lakes and caused the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald and was the sole survivor but nobody knows because your wife won't let you talk about it.

I thought Oneshot said he spent some time in Vietnam or Korea.  Did he squeeze that in between shifts at Butternut bread?

Too young for Korea.  He’s only 67.

That's never stopped him from making claims before.  So why stop now?  Heck, he might have helped raise that flag on Mt. Suribachi and he's one of the guys in bronze on the Capital Mall.
