Shore Fishing!

Tomorrow's dinner! Lakes and rivers are a bit high for kayak fishing so I thought I'd give some fishing from shore a try.

Its that time. Three years ago I caught a 16 or 17 inches down there on my flyrod . tiny red craft fur clouser

That's my goal, I want a walleye on my fly rod.  I'll be out there this weekend

They catch them all the time in pothole and on the James by fly. I just never get down that way. I lost a giant walleye between 215 and Taylor in a big gravel shelf back eddie area. It probably went 6 or 8 lbs. The only fish i caught that day had been a tiny white and then the beast. Good luck. We are floating 215 to taylor next friday
