Members DavidB Posted March 28, 2021 Members Posted March 28, 2021 My buddies and I have been coming to Table Rock for over 35 years, to spend a week in late April. Toledo Bend is our home lake. I agree with Bill that Table Rock fishes large. The main lake areas are relatively narrow, and it has a incredible amount of shoreline to cover. We've never felt crowded on your beautiful lake, unlike Toledo Bend where you often feel like you need entry passes to fish your favorite areas. Having said that, if you want to take a chance on a double-digit bass, come on down! magicwormman and dtrs5kprs 2
Jerry Rapp Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 Toledo Bend and Sam Rayburn have many, many, many many acres of water that is less than 20 feet deep. In most years those shallow acres have weed growth. The amount of livable water for the fish is much more than an Ozark Lake. There is not just one shoreline. That's why on MLF there were boats spread all over the place. Bottom line, every public fishery is getting more and more pressure every year. Is it sustainable? dtrs5kprs 1
