Looks good Wench - You have a pic from back to front?  Curious how you transition from the front elevation to the main deck.   Would you put it on vertical surfaces?  Would is be slippery when wet without the grooves?

I tried to post it, but the site isn't taking my pics today.

It is framed with 2" aluminum angle.

The SeaDeck isn't slippery when just wet.....but fish slime and a splash of water will make a slick spot for a few minutes until it dries.

It is neat stuff but I would add some other caution. Waterfowl hunted with a friend who had it in his boat. When it is wet and freezes really, really slick, it does kind of absorb some water and when it freezes it is like an ice cube. Treat it accordingly.

Hmmm.  Something to think about for duck hunting.  Wet carpet can get slick as well when below freezing.  Not sure how well it would hold up to muddy boots and gravel in boot treads.  I have toyed with making the front deck fully removable, but would have to remove (or disconnect) the trolling motor.  Lost a transducer at Grand Pass last year.

What kind of surface DOESN'T get slick when it's wet and frozen ?

I did my little fly fishing Jon boat in SeaDeck.   So far I love it.

The stuff is kinda pricey but even if it only last 4-5 years I think I'd do it again.   IMG_20210513_161336664~2.jpg

That's pretty sexy for sure !

I bet that boat is also fast. I am ready to put some fish in it and slime up such a nice looking rig

It will blow your hat off if you let it.   Come on down and we'll go slime it up. 😊
