I ended up catching three whites that day, a drum, and 7 or 8 largemouth. It was windy and I was in a kayak. Sounds like fun! Congrats on catching some fine fish!
Members kelbrand Posted September 16, 2021 Members Posted September 16, 2021 When do the white bass typically start biting good this end of the year? Are we past the point where they like to bust up the shad in a feeding frenzy?

Looking back at my records, October 13 is the earliest day that I have listed for finding whites feeding in the shallows. Usually they show up above the McCracken Bridge before the main lake. curtisce and Heretolearn 2
