Poor planning and execution

I jumped in a new boat to get more break-in hours on it.  With a little over 2 hours in, I could run it more than 3k rpm.  I threw in a cushion and had a PFD on - that was all I though of when leaving the dock.  Being very foggy, I was worried more about the lights working.

No net, no paddle.  The 2 things I would need most on this One Cast trip.
