aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted November 21, 2021 Posted November 21, 2021 Anyone have any info on the ramp, i had a buddy tell me he was down there and they moved the barriers and looked like they dumped some gravel in making a ramp. He said its not a good ramp and it drops off pretty quick but good enough for a small jon boat. I hadnt heard anything about them ever opening it back up. I sure hope they keep it open, i miss fishing there

Bass Yakker Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 I was by there Saturday. What aarchdale@coresleep.com says is true. Steep gravel ramp. Hopefully it gets maintained and/or improved. I know 2 government agencies were fighting over who was going to pay to do it. It's a wonder anything got done.

I opted to launch back near the boathouse due to the current at Southwoods. The ramp is already in bad shape with big washout gullies. I am assuming from the storms we had last weekend. A few more big storms and there won't be a ramp there. Bass Yakker 1
