Quillback
Buddy of mine was up the White somewhere today. He had a brief but productive burst of fishing. 3 casts, a 3+ on each cast. 4th cast - nothing, 5th cast a 5-15. All in the same spot. Jig fish. I believe he said he only caught one other bass and it was not a keeper. Might have been two more, but no more keepers. *T*
Happens often this time of year on Table Rock. Great reminder for all of us for late winter bite. Thanks! "Water is the driving force of all Nature." -Leonardo da Vinci

Champ188
Was fishing a club tournament on DeGray in Arkansas back in the 80s and found a northside pocket where they were starting to move in to spawn. In 15 minutes, I had a seven-fish limit on a brown jig/black Uncle Josh #25 crawfrog that weighed north of 25 pounds. Right place, right time. edwin, magicwormman, MarkG52 and 3 others

Now that it is semi replaceable, I've been re-brining and rehabbing my old pork. A few jars are going in the boat this spring, and just painted a bunch of Arkie and Stanley style jigs for flat rubber skirts. Had a couple dozen jars go missing on me for a few years. Finally found them under a bunch of carded Rattleback and First Out jigs in the fish room. nomolites, cheesemaster, Quillback and 2 others
