Boy there’s times a semi V hull would be nice.  If I did it again I’d get the same rig I have with the semi V hull.   It takes a beating at Taney with all the traffic now.  The 90 rude made it fun!!!    Relative to the mercury 40 it came with.   Slick coat on the bottom has saved my twice now too.

Do you know any old guys trying testosterone replacement?    The guy that painted my kitchen was telling me how it changed his whole life.  And he’s only 50 or so.

              One of Pat's duties is giving testosterone shots at work. I asked if it was doing anyone any good? She just rolled her eyes. Hummmm should I be worried? 😁

I’m talking about the physical and neurological effects.   I watched a couple docs on Rogan talking about the benefits for keeping lean muscle mass and better cognitive function as men age.  
I mentioned to the painter that he was sure scrambling up and down that ladder.   That’s when he brought it up.   He said it helped his body and his memory.  He talked about how his sleep improved too.

Painters talk more $#!t than anyone !   You can't believe a word they say 🙄

          All I know about it is my half-brother took the shots. When he first took them, it was a miracle He was ten years older than me. He began to waste away but had a substance abuse problem. Neuropathy set in and he succumbed to a blood clot. When he asked for help it was way too late. I miss what he used to be but I never looked up to him as I once did. RIP Bob.

I only sleep 6-8 hours a day, I just do it at a different time than most.....and I don't do it on the porch.  🙂

             But just like the painter you get fumes in the form of carb cleaner and gas correct? I clean my raspatory system with fresh night air on the porch. 🤪 Reboot the brain cells too through the chrome dome shaved head at the same time. getting ready for rolling blackouts. Boy I am going to miss the electric blanket.
