Surprisingly enough we only have 2 female case studies here in Gravi.  One mows her yard topless, but only for her neighbors benefit....she turns her back to the road when a car goes by.   And the other likes to sunbathe nude right next to the highway.   Neither are heavily tatted or pierced.
