I'd say that your boss is a good man.   He knows you have a passion for it, and that it gives you PURPOSE. He obviously likes you, and it would pain him to take that away from you.     That's the sign of a genuinely passionate individual.    

Do something really nice for him. 👍 

And if given the chance, pay it forward.

Can't take back the fact I was honest with him and told him he was an A Hole. LOL 

I think he thinks my Arm will get better but it won't.

No need to take it back.  I get called an A-hole occasionally, and I still love the ones that say it.  😉  

Genuine non-apologetic A-holes are rare these days, and this country needs a lot more of them.

Well just got word I'm going to a Awards Dinner. Last year they furnished a room this year nope.  Not sure on gas but do get a meal. 

Last year they had a silent Auction and we got 3 bottles of Wine.
