Seems like the groundhogs are coming out of the woodworks lately. Meaning old 50 years abandoned house, barn and outbuildings too. Groundhog city. One yesterday and another this morning taken out. 5 total in last couple months. They like to invade on our space tunnels in our outbuildings. All taken out with the.25 Air rifle. Last two 40-yard shots.

Got a meat stick going with them and Big Louie carcass. Opossums have found it. Coyote also but he just circles constantly not diving in yet. Trail cam catching his movement.

That's some fine looking dubbing.

It really is just don't want to mess with it. Too much going on right now.  Chipmunks have been tearing up jack around the back porch. wouldn't mind one of those for dubbing but that would be illegal believe it or not. They just get tossed.

You gonna zap that 'yote when he comes in to the bait?

I'd really like to look into a high powered air rifle. There's a South African guy on YouTube that does extermination/depredation for SA ranchers primarily with air rifles. Forgot what exactly he uses, but it was knocking down monkeys with authority.

Oh God, I'd love to exterminate monkeys!

I know. Vile, filthy creatures. Looks like dude has a good time at it. Rockchucks & some kinda weird bird, too. Think he went to a firearm for the baboons, but not positive.

Wish we had more Ground Hogs around here be more meat.

Like eating them.

I tried a young one one time.  They're the hardest animal to skin I've ever done.  And the meat is tough.  You must know how to do them the right way, around here it's a big nope.
