I think my wife is afraid I might die.

Why is she saying I can't go hunting? She is afraid I might die.

Now driving I don't know I could take someone else out.

I have a vehicle and Drivers License but if I was to drive and was stopped they could get me for DUI because of my Pain Medication.

I do and don't have Goats. They are at another place until we get fence up.

Even if I had a Cart I could still get DUI. Might as well take my chances with my Car.

Got my Gun sighted in for 50 yards.  I was thinking sighting in for 100 yards but.

Just hold it a little high at 100. No need to waste more slugs. Wife might not let you buy more. 
 

You should take her hunting. With you having only one good arm, and her being hard of hearing, you could place the barrel on her shoulder to shoot. That would get ya back out there. If you use her as a pack goat, then you wouldn’t even have to carry the gun.
